 rengthen community assets\, partnerships and networks that support communi
 ties in the use of evidence-based and novel models to implement sustainabl
 e healthy food programs\; use of evidence-based business models\; use of a
 lternative energy sources\; and broad-based.\n\nOur VISION is to create eq
 uitable opportunities for low resource communities to develop sustainable 
 food systems that promote healthy eating and that then eliminates food ins
 ecurity\, and ultimately the disproportionate burden of chronic diseases. 
 We will hold a booth focused on smoking cessation\, vaping education\, and
  lung cancer screening education.
